Custom Blends and Private Label

ArtemisYeast supports B2B buyers looking for custom yeast blends, tailored specifications, and private-label or white-label packaging for bulk supply. This page explains how inquiries are reviewed, what information helps us prepare a practical quote, and how sampling, approvals, packaging, and minimum order guidance are handled. Because requirements vary by product type, destination market, packaging format, and documentation needs, all custom and private-label projects are handled by inquiry only. Please contact us by email at info@artemisyeast.com with your product goals and target supply requirements.

1. Scope of custom and private-label requests

Custom projects may include adjusted yeast blends, agreed product specifications, bulk packaging changes, private-label packing, white-label supply, or buyer-specific documentation formats. Availability depends on the product type, intended application, regulatory requirements, order volume, packaging format, and production feasibility.

We review each request case by case. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a custom formula, label, packaging format, or production slot can be accepted.

2. How the inquiry workflow works

For custom blends and private-label supply, the usual workflow is:

  • Initial inquiry: You share the product type, target specification, intended use, destination market, estimated volume, packaging preference, and any documentation needs.
  • Feasibility review: We check whether the requested product, packaging, and compliance requirements can be supported.
  • Technical alignment: If needed, we clarify specifications, quality targets, label content, storage conditions, and logistics requirements.
  • Quotation by email: If the request is feasible, we provide a written B2B quote and related commercial terms by email.
  • Sample or pre-production approval: Where applicable, samples, artworks, label proofs, or pre-production specifications may require written approval before production.
  • Production and shipment: Production and shipment proceed only after agreed approvals, documents, and order requirements are confirmed.

3. Information needed for a custom quote

To help us respond efficiently, please include as much of the following as possible in your email:

  • Product category and target application
  • Desired specification, blend ratio, or reference standard
  • Estimated annual demand and first-order quantity
  • Preferred packaging size, material, and pallet requirements
  • Destination country or region
  • Required documents, certificates, test reports, or label language
  • Any required shelf-life, storage, or transport conditions
  • Whether the request is for neutral packaging, white label, or your own brand label

If you do not yet have a full specification, we can still review the inquiry and suggest what details are needed next.

4. Minimum order guidance

Minimum order quantities depend on the product, blend complexity, packaging format, label requirements, and production setup. Custom formulas, special packaging, and private-label items normally require higher minimums than standard bulk supply because materials, setup time, artwork handling, and quality checks must be planned in advance.

MOQ guidance is provided during the inquiry process. We do not publish public pricing or fixed MOQ tables because custom requirements differ widely between buyers and markets.

5. Packaging options

Packaging options may include bulk industrial formats, buyer-specified pack sizes, neutral packaging, white-label packaging, or private-label packaging, depending on the product and order requirements. Packaging feasibility is affected by moisture protection, shelf life, transport route, storage conditions, labeling rules, and available materials.

Any special packaging request should be confirmed before quotation. Packaging artwork, dimensions, languages, barcodes, batch coding, and palletization requirements may need additional review before approval.

6. White-label and private-label process

For white-label or private-label supply, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate brand assets, label text, legal business details, destination-market labeling requirements, and any required regulatory statements. ArtemisYeast may review label files for production practicality, but the buyer remains responsible for ensuring that label content is lawful and suitable for the target market.

Artwork and label proofs must be approved in writing before production. Changes requested after approval may affect lead time, material use, and production scheduling.

7. Samples, specifications, and approvals

Samples may be available for certain products and projects, subject to feasibility and stock. A sample is provided for evaluation only and may not represent final commercial production unless this is confirmed in writing. Final supply is governed by the agreed specification, order confirmation, quality documents, and approved packaging details.

For custom products, written approval may be required for specifications, sample results, label proofs, packaging format, and pre-shipment documents before production or dispatch.

8. Quality and documentation

Quality requirements should be stated clearly during the inquiry stage. Depending on the product and project, available documentation may include product specifications, batch-related quality documents, certificates of analysis, safety data information, origin-related documents, or other export paperwork.

Document availability varies by product, destination market, and order terms. Any mandatory document must be requested before quotation and confirmed before order acceptance.

9. Lead times and production planning

Lead times depend on product availability, custom blending needs, packaging material sourcing, label approval, quality testing, export documentation, and logistics capacity. Private-label and custom-pack projects usually require more planning time than standard bulk orders.

Estimated timelines are shared during the quotation process. Timelines are not guaranteed until the order, approvals, materials, and shipment arrangements are confirmed in writing.

10. Quotes, changes, and order acceptance

All custom and private-label projects are handled by written inquiry. Any quotation, specification, MOQ guidance, or timeline shared by ArtemisYeast is provided for business discussion unless expressly confirmed as part of an accepted order.

Changes to formula, packaging, label artwork, documentation, destination, or shipment terms after quotation may require a revised quote and updated lead time. Orders are accepted only after commercial terms, product details, and required approvals are confirmed in writing.
