Quality and Manufacturing

ArtemisYeast supplies bulk yeast products for international B2B buyers on an inquiry-only basis. Our quality posture is built around practical food and feed supply controls: qualified manufacturing partners, documented lot traceability, grade-appropriate handling, and clear specifications before shipment. We work with HACCP-aligned processes and ISO 22000-aligned manufacturing partners where applicable, with supporting documentation available for qualified procurement, quality, and regulatory teams upon request. This page explains how we approach product grade, documentation, manufacturing oversight, and quality communication for food-grade and feed-grade yeast lots.

Scope of this quality page

This page describes the general quality and manufacturing approach used for ArtemisYeast bulk yeast supply. It is not a product specification, certificate, guarantee, or regulatory approval by itself. Final requirements depend on the product, grade, destination market, intended use, packaging format, and agreed order documentation.

Buyers should confirm all technical, regulatory, labeling, and import requirements during the inquiry stage by emailing info@artemisyeast.com.

Manufacturing partner standards

ArtemisYeast works with manufacturing partners selected for bulk yeast production capability, documented quality systems, and export-readiness. Where applicable, partners operate with HACCP-aligned food safety controls and ISO 22000-aligned management practices.

Because certification status can vary by site, product line, and date, buyers should request current documents for the specific product and lot under discussion. We do not ask buyers to rely on general website statements when formal procurement documentation is required.

Food-grade and feed-grade lots

We handle food-grade and feed-grade yeast inquiries as separate quality categories. The intended grade must be confirmed before sourcing, documentation, packaging, and shipping are arranged.

Food-grade lots may require documentation such as product specifications, certificates of analysis, allergen statements, ingredient declarations, microbiological criteria, and other market-specific documents. Feed-grade lots may require different documentation related to feed use, composition, labeling, and import requirements.

A product suitable for one grade or market should not be assumed suitable for another without written confirmation.

Lot documentation available on request

For qualified B2B inquiries, ArtemisYeast can help provide available product and lot documentation before shipment, subject to product type and supplier documentation policy. Common documents may include:

  • Product specification sheet
  • Certificate of Analysis for an identified lot
  • Safety Data Sheet or handling information, where applicable
  • Ingredient, allergen, or non-GMO statements, where available
  • Country-of-origin and export documents, where applicable
  • Packaging, shelf-life, and storage guidance

Document availability should be confirmed before purchase commitments, especially for regulated imports or customer-specific approval processes.

Traceability and batch control

Bulk yeast lots are managed with batch or lot identification so that documents, production information, and shipment records can be linked to the relevant goods. Traceability practices are intended to support B2B quality review, import checks, and customer receiving procedures.

Buyers should keep all lot numbers, container numbers, seal numbers, packing lists, and receiving records after delivery. If a quality question arises, these details help us investigate quickly with the manufacturing and logistics parties involved.

Quality checks and acceptance criteria

Quality checks may include physical, chemical, microbiological, sensory, moisture, protein, activity, particle size, or other grade-appropriate criteria depending on the product. The exact acceptance criteria are defined by the relevant product specification and confirmed documentation, not by general website descriptions.

If your company requires special limits, testing methods, third-party inspection, pre-shipment sampling, or destination-market compliance review, please raise those requirements during the inquiry stage.

Packaging, storage, and shelf life

Packaging format, net weight, palletization, shelf life, and storage conditions vary by product and grade. Yeast products should be stored according to the written storage guidance provided for the specific lot, including any requirements related to temperature, humidity, light, odor exposure, and seal integrity.

ArtemisYeast is not responsible for quality changes caused by improper storage, damaged packaging after risk transfer, unauthorized repacking, contamination during handling, or use outside the agreed product specification.

Change control and substitution

For approved B2B programs, buyers may request notice requirements for material changes such as manufacturing site, product specification, packaging format, labeling, or documentation format. Any such requirement should be agreed in writing before the order is finalized.

We do not recommend substituting one yeast product for another solely because names appear similar. Yeast type, grade, activity, composition, and intended application should be checked against the buyer’s technical requirements.

Claims, deviations, and quality concerns

If a buyer identifies a possible quality issue, they should contact info@artemisyeast.com promptly with the product name, lot number, order reference, photos of packaging and labels, storage history, inspection findings, and any test reports. Please do not dispose of goods or alter packaging before the issue is reviewed, unless required for safety or legal reasons.

Quality concerns are reviewed based on agreed specifications, shipping documents, condition at receipt, storage records, and available retained or reference information. Remedies, if any, are handled according to the applicable sales terms agreed for the transaction.

How to request quality documents

To request quality or manufacturing documentation, email info@artemisyeast.com with your company name, target product, intended grade, destination country, expected use, required documents, and any customer approval checklist.

We will review whether the requested documents are available for the relevant product and lot. Some documents may be shared only after a qualified B2B inquiry, confidentiality review, or confirmed order process.
