Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ answers common procurement questions for business buyers sourcing bulk yeast products through ArtemisYeast. Our website is inquiry-only: orders are not placed through a public cart, and commercial terms are confirmed by email after we understand your product, volume, destination, documentation needs, and timing. The answers below explain how inquiries work, what information helps us respond faster, typical documentation topics, shipping coordination, payment steps, and how to raise a quality or delivery concern. If your project has special specifications, private-label requirements, or destination-country import rules, contact us at info@artemisyeast.com and include as much detail as possible.

How do I request a quotation or product information?

Please email info@artemisyeast.com with your company name, destination country, target product, estimated order volume, required packaging, intended application, and any documentation requirements.

The more complete your inquiry is, the faster we can check product fit, supply availability, export requirements, and lead time. If you are not sure which yeast product is suitable, describe your process and performance goals, and we will help narrow the options.

Do you accept online orders?

No. ArtemisYeast is an inquiry-only B2B supplier. We do not operate a public checkout system or instant online ordering flow.

All orders are handled by email so that specifications, packaging, documents, shipping terms, and payment steps can be confirmed before production, allocation, or dispatch.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity depends on the product type, packaging format, destination, and whether the item is available from current stock or requires production planning.

For trial projects, pilot production, or distributor evaluation, tell us your target volume and timeline. We will confirm what is practical for that specific product and route.

What lead times should buyers expect?

Lead times vary by product, order size, packaging, document requirements, production schedule, and freight route. Export documentation and destination-country import checks can also affect timing.

When you contact us, please include your required delivery window and destination port or country. We will reply with an estimated schedule after checking availability and logistics options.

What documents can you provide?

Available documents depend on the product, batch, origin, and order terms. Common documentation may include specification sheets, certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and other export documents where applicable.

If your market requires allergen statements, GMO status documents, halal or kosher-related documents, or other compliance files, please mention this at the inquiry stage so we can confirm availability before order confirmation.

Can I request samples?

Samples may be available for selected products and qualified B2B evaluation requests. Sample availability depends on product type, stock status, destination rules, and courier feasibility.

Please describe your company, application, required sample quantity, destination country, and any testing deadline. We may ask for additional details to ensure the sample matches your intended production use.

How is shipping arranged?

Shipping is arranged according to the agreed order terms and destination. Depending on volume and route, shipments may move by courier, air freight, sea freight, or multimodal transport.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate consignee details, import instructions, and any destination-specific requirements. We can coordinate export-side documents, but customs clearance rules and local import obligations remain subject to the destination country and the buyer’s arrangements.

What payment methods and terms are available?

Payment steps are confirmed during the inquiry and order confirmation process. For many transactions, payment is handled by bank transfer against agreed documents such as a pro forma invoice or sales confirmation.

Any credit terms, staged payment arrangements, or special banking requirements must be reviewed and agreed in writing before the order is processed. Please do not send funds until you receive confirmed payment instructions from our official email communication.

Can products be customized or supplied in private-label packaging?

Customization may be possible depending on the yeast product, volume, packaging material, label requirements, and regulatory needs. This can include packaging size, carton marking, or project-specific documentation where feasible.

Please share artwork requirements, language requirements, market destination, and expected annual volume early in the discussion. Custom work may require longer preparation time and additional approval steps.

How do I report a quality, shortage, or delivery issue?

If you believe there is a quality concern, damaged cargo, shortage, wrong item, or documentation discrepancy, contact info@artemisyeast.com as soon as possible.

Please include the order reference, product name, batch or lot number, photos of labels and packaging, delivery documents, and a clear description of the issue. For cargo damage, keep the original packaging and note the issue with the carrier where possible. We will review the case based on the order terms, evidence provided, and applicable product documentation.

Do you work with distributors, manufacturers, and traders?

Yes. ArtemisYeast works with qualified B2B buyers, including food and feed manufacturers, ingredient distributors, importers, and trading companies.

When contacting us, please describe your role in the supply chain and the market you serve. This helps us understand documentation needs, packaging preferences, and whether the project is for direct production use, resale, or tender support.

Who should I contact for questions not listed here?
