The product is positioned for biopharma cell culture process development, microbial fermentation, starter culture propagation, and other controlled biotechnology media applications where defined inorganic salts are combined with complex organic nutrients.

Typical specification targets include moisture not more than 6.0%, total nitrogen 6.0-8.5%, protein equivalent 38-53% by dry basis, amino nitrogen 3.0-6.0%, ash 8-14%, pH 5.0-7.0 in 10% solution, and particle size of minimum 95% passing 40 mesh. Color is tan to light brown, with characteristic yeast aroma and no intentional animal-derived ingredients. Store ART-YD-014 in the original unopened 20 kg multi-wall sack in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, volatile chemicals, and strong odors. Under recommended conditions, typical shelf life is 24 months from manufacture, subject to the actual date shown on the lot label and certificate of analysis.

After opening, reclose the inner liner promptly and use clean, dry utensils to reduce moisture pickup and cross-contact. The material is hygroscopic and may cake if exposed to humid air. For manufacturing use, screen or preblend as required by the customer’s batch procedure. Personnel should follow standard powder-handling practices, including dust control, local ventilation where needed, gloves, eye protection, and site hygiene rules.
