Mycotoxin Binder for Animal Feed
Mycotoxin binder for animal feed is a feed-grade adsorbent and yeast-derived matrix used to manage mycotoxin exposure risk in compound feeds and premixes. ART-AN-037 is supplied for livestock, poultry, ruminant, swine, and aquaculture nutrition programs where purchasing teams need consistent sack-packed material, batch traceability, and export-ready documentation. ArtemisYeast offers this product for wholesale availability, with bulk quote on request for full-pallet, mixed-container, or recurring supply requirements.

Overview
ART-AN-037 is a multi-component feed matrix combining selected yeast cell wall fractions with mineral adsorbent carriers for use in animal-feed-livestock applications. The yeast fraction contributes beta-glucans and mannan oligosaccharides, while the mineral phase provides high surface area adsorption sites. This approach supports practical feed manufacturing where raw material mycotoxin profiles can vary by grain origin, season, storage condition, and inclusion rate.
Typical specification targets include moisture not more than 10.0%, yeast cell wall fraction 20-35%, beta-glucans 8-15%, mannan oligosaccharides 6-12%, mineral adsorbent matrix 55-75%, ash 45-65%, and particle size 95% passing 60 mesh unless another cut is agreed. The product is supplied as a free-flowing beige to tan powder in a 25 kg woven polypropylene feed sack. It is suitable for dry premix blending, complete feed inclusion, mineral packs, and feed-mill dosing systems. For related feed yeast materials, see animal nutrition yeast.
Applications
- Poultry feed: inclusion in broiler, layer, breeder, and turkey diets where corn, wheat, soybean meal, DDGS, or other cereal ingredients require mycotoxin-risk management.
- Swine nutrition: use in nursery, grower-finisher, sow, and gilt feeds, particularly where zearalenone, fumonisin, DON, ochratoxin, or mixed field mycotoxin monitoring is part of the feed QA program.
- Ruminant feed: addition to dairy, beef, calf, and small-ruminant concentrates, TMR premixes, and mineral feeds exposed to variable forage and silage quality.
- Aquaculture feed: use in fish and shrimp formulations containing plant proteins, cereal binders, or by-products with seasonal mycotoxin variability.
- Premix and integrator operations: compatible with vitamin-mineral premixes, yeast-based feed additives, and feed-mill micro-dosing systems when dispersion testing confirms uniformity.
Storage and Handling
Store ART-AN-037 in its original 25 kg sack in a dry, ventilated warehouse at ambient feed-storage temperature, ideally below 25°C and away from direct sunlight, floor moisture, and strong odors. Keep sacks closed after opening and reseal partially used bags to limit moisture uptake. Under recommended conditions, typical shelf life is 18-24 months from production date, subject to batch-specific confirmation on the certificate of analysis.
For handling, use standard feed-mill dust control practices, including local extraction where powders are transferred at high speed. The product is not intended for direct human consumption and should be used only in formulated animal feed according to local feed additive rules and customer formulation policy. Compatibility should be verified when used with pelleting, extrusion, organic acid blends, liquid binders, or high-fat premixes. Request technical review through the bulk quote form when developing a new inclusion program.
Quality and Documentation
ArtemisYeast supplies ART-AN-037 with procurement-focused batch records, including lot number, production date, net weight, packing format, and country-of-origin documentation where required. A certificate of analysis can cover appearance, moisture, particle size, active yeast-cell-wall markers, and relevant contaminant screening. Additional documents may include SDS, feed-grade declaration, allergen statement, non-GMO statement where applicable, and export packing list.
Manufacturing and supply controls are aligned with feed and food-safety management expectations, and documentation related to HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, or Kosher status can be reviewed where available for the shipment and production site. Buyers can route supplier qualification, sample requests, and audit-document requests through ArtemisYeast quality documentation. Wholesale pricing on request is available for pallet quantities, container programs, and distributor tenders under SKU ART-AN-037.
