Mycotoxin Binder for Feed

ART-AN-004 is a feed-grade mycotoxin binder based on selected yeast cell wall fractions and mineral adsorbents for use in compound feed, concentrates, and premix systems. The yeast-derived fraction contributes beta-glucan and mannan-rich polysaccharides, while the mineral portion provides adsorption surface area and processing stability. This product is not a live yeast culture and is not specified by CFU/g; it is specified by moisture, particle size, active binder matrix, microbiological limits, and lot documentation.

Typical specification targets include loss on drying not more than 12%, yeast cell wall polysaccharides not less than 18% by formula target, beta-glucan plus mannan declared by lot where tested, ash content aligned with the mineral carrier system, and particle size of 80 mesh with at least 95% passing. The powder is designed for uniform blending in mash feed, pelleted feed, and premixes when added through standard micro-ingredient dosing equipment. • Livestock and ruminant feed: Used in dairy, beef, sheep, and goat rations where nutritionists want an adsorbent support ingredient compatible with total mixed ration premixes, mineral packs, and compound feed.
• Poultry feed: Suitable for broiler, layer, breeder, duck, and turkey formulas, with addition through premix or direct mill dosing for consistent distribution across mash or pelleted diets.
• Swine feed: Applied in nursery, grower-finisher, and sow diets where feed mills require a stable binder with low moisture, good powder flow, and practical inclusion flexibility.
• Aquaculture feed: Compatible with fish and shrimp feed systems when formulated by the nutritionist according to species, feed format, and processing temperature.

Store unopened sacks in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse away from condensation, direct sunlight, volatile chemicals, and strong odors. Recommended storage is below 25°C with relative humidity below 65% where practical. Keep bags closed after opening and use promptly to limit moisture pickup and caking. Under recommended storage conditions, typical shelf life is 24 months from manufacture, subject to the lot certificate.

ART-AN-004 is supplied in 25 kg woven polypropylene feed sacks suitable for palletized export handling. Operators should minimize dust generation during tipping, use local extraction where available, and follow plant hygiene procedures for feed additive handling.
