ART-AN-090 T Yeast Cell Wall is produced from selected yeast biomass and processed to concentrate the insoluble cell wall fraction. The material is non-viable, free-flowing, and designed for dry blending into complete feed, concentrates, premixes, mineral-vitamin packs, and aquafeed. Typical specification targets include moisture ≤8.0%, crude protein 20-35%, beta-glucan 20-30%, mannan oligosaccharides 18-28%, ash ≤8.0%, and particle size typically 80 mesh pass, subject to batch confirmation. As a yeast cell wall ingredient, it contributes fermentable and non-starch polysaccharide fractions rather than live colony-forming units. It is used where formulators need a heat-stable yeast-derived component compatible with pelleting, extrusion, and mash feed systems.

Recommended storage temperature is below 25°C with relative humidity controlled where possible. Typical shelf life is 24 months from manufacture when stored in original unopened packaging.

Use standard dust-control practices during tipping, weighing, and pneumatic transfer. Reseal partly used bags and apply first-in, first-out inventory control. Confirm final inclusion rate through species, diet phase, local regulation, and feed manufacturing validation.
